What? I am just sitting here! Woof! Woof! Daddy says dogs aren’t allowed on the couch! Woof! That just makes me mad! Dogs should be able to sit wherever people sit! Woof! Daddy says this couch is for clients only! No dogs! Well I didn’t want to sit on that couch anyways! Woof! I am just minding my own business! Woof! Did you know that the back seat of a BMW X5 is just as comfortable as a couch? Woof! I should know because mommy lets me sit in hers! Woof! Woof! Come see me at Lone Star Bavarian and I bet daddy will let you sit on our couch!

why do dogs eat grass

I do so love grass!  I could eat grass all day long!  I only wish I was a cow!  Woof!  Daddy says that cows can’t work at Lone Star Bavarian, so I guess I am glad I’m not a cow!  Why do dogs eat grass?  Grass contains essential nutrients that a dog might crave, especially if they’re on a commercial diet.  So when I eat grass it is just to supplement my diet!  Woof! Woof!  Come see me at Lone Star and I will share my pasture with you!

How important is my OBD?

The EPA has regulations in place establishing requirements for on-board diagnostic (OBD) systems on light-duty vehicles and light-duty trucks beginning with the 1994 model year. The purpose of the OBD system is to assure proper emission control system operation for the vehicle’s lifetime by monitoring emission-related components and systems for deterioration and malfunction.

Vehicle manufacturers had to develop ways to diagnose problems generated by the new electronic hardware found under the hood. Thus, the first OBD systems were developed by auto manufacturers in the early 1980′s as electronic systems replaced mechanical systems.

The engines in today’s vehicles are largely electronically controlled, with sensors and actuators that sense the operation of specific components (e.g., the oxygen sensor) and actuate others (e.g., the fuel injector) to maintain optimal engine control. An on-board computer, known sometimes as a “powertrain control module” or an “engine control unit,” controls all of these systems. With proper software, the on-board computer is capable of monitoring all of the sensors and actuators to determine whether they are working as intended and to notify you when they are not working correctly. So make sure you don’t ignore your Check engine light because it is an important component in keeping your car running smoothly! And if your car has a warning light showing, bring it to Lone Star Bavarian to have it diagnosed

now where is that wrench?

Daddy says that I can be a big help in the shop…sometimes!  Bruce is working on putting new brakes on a Mercedes-Benz CLS .  Where is that Cornwell wrench?  Woof! You should only use the correct tools when working on these cars. I want to help Bruce fix this car!  Woof!  Woof!  What?  Daddy says “NO” !  Daddy says that is not what he meant!  Daddy says I can’t work on cars because our customers deserve the very best and I am not trained as a mechanic!  UGH!  Woof!  I guess I am always going to be just a greeter!  Woof!  That is ok because  I love my job!  Woof!  Come see me at Lone Star Bavarian and I will be sure to give you some love!
